Protect Yourself Now
The Protect Yourself NOW Program is a weekly training program that is designed for all people ages 14 and up.
We will meet weekly for 1 hour training sessions. During these training sessions it is encouraged that you wear what you would normally wear on a day to day basis. In each session you will learn 2-5 self defense chains. Each chain will end a fight in 1-3 seconds.
Don't worry about physical restrictions or limitations. We use natural motion that allows for anyone to learn quickly without having to be flexible, strong, or in good physical condition.

Within the first month you will:

Be able to escape from anyone trying to grab your arms.

Be able to effortlessly break a wrist if someone grabs you.

Be able to defend yourself from hair grabs
-
Learn the Zones of Awareness and how that awareness can help you avoid an attack

Within 6 months you will:

Protect yourself from getting punched in the face.

Defend yourself against being choked from the front.
-
Be able to break your attackers legs by simply taking a step.

Defend yourself against punches from the side.

Effortlessly throw your attacker to the ground.

Break your attacker's arms immediately so they can no longer grab you.

Gouge your attackers eyes.

Defend yourself against headlocks.

Break your attackers arms immedieatly so they can no longer punch you.

Escape from being pinned against a wall.

Within the first year you will:

Defend against being stabbed with a knife.

Defend against having a gun pressed against your head.

Defend against a knife pressed against your throat.

Defend yourself while sitting on a chair against both standing and seated attackers.

Defend yourself while sitting on the ground against standing attackers.

Be able to use your surroundings to your advantage, often times turning them into weapons.
